3) On the day of the event, grab your friends, family members and co-workers to explore the Charlotte area by bike! Starting at 11:30 a.m., participants will check-in at Triple C. Brewing Co. where they will be given the Biketoberfest Passport, map, and event t-shirt (guaranteed for the first 250 registered!). You'll use the map as a guide to all the official Biketoberfest stops. Each one will have a fun activity or discount, exclusive to Biketoberfest participants! For each stop you visit, you'll collect a stamp on your passport. Those stamps will add up to raffle tickets upon your return! Check out these Biketoberfest tips!

This is where you will hang out with like-minded Charlotteans to talk about your adventures of the day, enjoy live music, drink the official Biketoberfest beer, and be entered to win raffle prizes. Turn your passport in and receive (1) raffle ticket for every (5) stamps you received! Raffle prize winners will be drawn at 6 p.m. Must be present to win.

Why Participate?

This is Sustain Charlotte's seventh year hosting Biketoberfest and we are excited to bring you more ways to experience the city than ever before.

In 2021, we are revisiting one of the original goals of Biketoberfest - highlighting multimodal transportation. What does that mean? You will not only get to explore Charlotte from Southend to NoDa, but you can choose to do so by using both the light rail AND your bike. That's right: this year's route incorporates the Blue Line, one of the great examples of public transit in Charlotte.

Your participation will demonstrate how easy it is to choose more sustainable travel within Charlotte. You can also help Sustain Charlotte provide valuable feedback to the city about how we can continue to improve biking infrastructure - all while having a fun time!

How Your Support Makes a Difference

Biketoberfest raises money for Sustain Charlotte, a 501(c)3 charitable organization that educates, engages, and unites residents to address the numerous sustainability challenges that has accompanied our rapid growth.

During Sustain Charlotte's ten-year history, the mission has been to inspire choices that advance our equity, environment, and economy for generations to come. Now more than ever, it's important that we think beyond our current crisis to how the decisions we make today will affect our community tomorrow.

With community support from local residents like YOU, we're working to inspire choices that lead to a healthy, equitable, and vibrant community for generations to come.

Check out our About Us video here, and see our 2021 goals here. Your fundraising efforts will allow the Sustain Charlotte staff to focus on our advocacy for increased economic mobility, safe and reliable transportation options, and a healthy, equitable, and vibrant future for the next generation. THANK YOU!
